Email Deliverability Audit Agreement

This engagement includes a thorough, end-to-end audit of your email sending infrastructure and deliverability posture. Specifically:

• Thorough review of the Kajabi operating system, including sending settings, automations, and segmentation.
• Verification of DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records to ensure proper authentication and inbox placement.
• Strategy review of your current email and broadcast approach.
• Opt-in setup review and recommendations to improve list quality at the point of acquisition.
• A list health analytics and metrics dashboard so you can continue to monitor list health on an ongoing basis.

The flat fee for this audit is $500 USD, paid in full upfront via the secure Stripe checkout below. Work begins once payment is received.

Upon completing the review above, if further hours are required to fully resolve the issue, the client will be contacted in advance for scope and budget adjustment before any additional work is performed.

Should the deliverability issue ultimately not be resolvable, the client will be refunded the difference in hours at a rate of $62.50 per hour against the $500 fee.

By completing payment below, the client acknowledges and agrees to the scope, fee, and terms outlined in this agreement.
